General Terms for One-Day Excursions

II.1. RESERVATIONS / BOOKINGS
II.1.1. Reservations for a One-Day Excursion organized by Global Consult BG Ltd. can be made at the company's offices or through authorized travel agencies across the country. Reservations are confirmed upon full payment of 100% of the excursion price.


II.2. REQUIRED DOCUMENTS
II.2.1. For the trip, you will need a valid ID card, medical insurance for international travel, and sufficient daily expenses in cash. For children under 18 traveling without their parents, a notarized parental consent is required, allowing the child to leave the country.


II.3. TRANSPORTATION AND INCLUDED SERVICES
II.3.1. Details about the location, type, and category of tourist attractions, excursions, transfers, transportation modes and their categories, as well as the departure and arrival dates and times, are explicitly listed in the organizer’s current catalog. This catalog is an integral part of the present agreement and is published on the official website: www.globaltour-bg.com. It is the user's responsibility to obtain the program when making the reservation. Both parties agree that these conditions may be changed with mutual consent. Changes must be in written form or become effective upon final payment for the tourist package.


II.3.2. The user agrees not to resell the purchased travel package from Global Consult BG Ltd. to third parties.


III. CANCELLATIONS
III.1. The user may cancel the one-day excursion up to 30 days before its scheduled start without incurring a penalty. Failure to pay the due amount on time is also considered a cancellation. If the user cancels the organized trip:


III.1.1. Between 29 and 15 days before departure, 70% of the paid price will be refunded.
III.1.2. Between 14 and 7 days before departure, 30% of the paid price will be refunded.
III.1.3. Between 6 and 3 days before departure, 20% of the paid price will be refunded.
III.1.4. Less than 3 days before departure, no refund will be provided.
III.1.5. Complaints regarding the organization and execution of the program must be submitted in writing or by phone within 14 days after the client's return. Supporting evidence of non-compliance or poor service delivery must be presented. Global Consult BG Ltd. is obliged to respond within one month of receiving the complaint.


III.1.6. The company reserves the right to make changes to the trip if circumstances beyond its control necessitate it. In such cases, clients will be promptly informed and can accept the changes, choose another trip, or cancel the agreement without financial penalties.


All bus excursions require a minimum of 35 participants. If fewer clients book, Global Consult BG Ltd. reserves the right to cancel the excursion and notify the clients no later than two days before the scheduled departure date.


IV. LIABILITY
IV.1. Global Consult BG Ltd. is fully responsible for the quality of all services included in the program.


IV.2. The company is not liable if a traveler gets lost, is late, or fails to show up at the designated meeting point during the trip; if denied entry by border authorities; or for violations of local laws and regulations, whether the traveler is aware of them or not.


IV.3. The company is not responsible for damages caused by the user's behavior, actions of a third party unrelated to the agreement, or force majeure events that could not be foreseen or avoided.


IV.4. The company is not liable for changes due to force majeure events or unforeseen circumstances beyond the company’s or its contractors' control.


IV.5. The company's liability for damages caused by non-fulfillment or inaccurate fulfillment of the agreement is limited to the amount paid by the user. If the liability of the company's contractors is limited under international agreements, the company's liability will also be limited to those amounts.


V. INSURANCE
V.1. Insurance for one-day excursions in Bulgaria is not mandatory.


V.2. Insurance is mandatory for mountain route excursions at a cost of 3 BGN per day.


V.3. Insurance under the travel package includes additional fees. The "Travel Assistance Abroad" insurance policy is provided by Euroins Insurance Company (Tel: +359 2 965 1525; Address: 43 Christopher Columbus Blvd., Sofia, Bulgaria) and includes assistance, coverage of medical expenses due to accidents or illnesses, medical transportation, and repatriation.


V.4. The company holds a mandatory insurance policy covering its liability for damages caused by insolvency or bankruptcy under Article 97 of the Tourism Act. The insurance policy, number 13052310000432 (valid until May 31, 2024), is issued by Lev Ins Insurance Company (Tel: +359 2 404 9492).


V.5. Travelers may purchase additional insurance to cover cancellation costs, repatriation, and other risks such as accidents, illness, or death. These additional insurances can be arranged on the day of booking according to the terms of Euroins Insurance Company.


VI. FINAL PROVISIONS
VI.1. This agreement is drawn up in two identical copies, one for each party.


VI.2. All deadlines are calculated under the Civil Procedure Code.


VI.3. The organizer’s catalog and provided written information are integral parts of this agreement.


VI.4. The user agrees to receive correspondence at the address and email provided during booking.


VI.5. The user declares familiarity with the catalog and the travel requirements and has received proof of insurance under Article 97 of the Tourism Act.


VI.6. The user may transfer their rights under the agreement to another person, provided that the replacement meets the travel requirements. In such cases, the user and the replacement are jointly liable for payment and associated costs.
